Are RISE gummies vegan?
Most are vegetarian & vegan friendly, check each product label (Collagen contains bovine collagen).
How many do I take a day?
One or two gummies a day depending on the product, the exact amount is on every label. Chew thoroughly, don’t swallow whole.
Do they contain a lot of sugar?
Around 1.5–2g per gummy, a fraction of a teaspoon, and a small trade for a routine you’ll actually keep.
When will I feel the difference?
Consistency is everything. Most people notice a difference after 4–8 weeks of daily use, nutrients build gradually.
Are the flavours natural?
